| CONTEST THE
INTERNATIONAL SPAIN BIENNIAL OF CARTOON and HUMORISTIC DRAWING 2004 The First : present bases intend regular the Prize biennial of cartoon and humoristic drawing that the Independent Organism of Culture of the City council of Santa Cruz de Tenerife organizes, as of year 2004. The second: participation in the sample is opened. The third: participants in the section of Humoristic Drawing will have to send a maximum of a work with the unique subject. For the year the 2004 subject will be "Dali". For later calls the subject will be decided, by means of express resolution of the Vice-president of the Independent Organism of Culture. The participants in the section of Personal Cartoon, whose subject is free, will have to at the most send a work to aid. The fourth: works will have original and to be made in any pictorial technique. They will have a format unique of 35 x 50 cm, without frame and included/understood his possible passé partout. The fifth: the presented/displayed works will be put under a previous selection before happening to aid. The sixth: works will be admitted until the 13,30 h. of day 30 of September of the 2004. Third prize: Perenquén de Bronze and 1,200.00 euros. In both cases, the prizes second and third could be granted by organizations that wish to collaborate with the contest, in which case, the prize will be denominated with the name of the organization that equips it economically, being pointed out thus in the publicity of the contest. The call will publish in the Plank of Announcements of the Independent Organism of Culture, giving in addition diffusion to the aid in whichever mass media are considered advisable. The tenth: Jury will occur to know in the moment of the proclamation of the winners. He will be presided over by Mr. Vice-president of the Independent Organism and, in his absence, by that this one delegates, as well as the other vowels who consider themselves opportune, that will not be able more than five members. The Delegated Secretary of the Independent Organism will act like Secretary, or person in whom delegates. To each participant he will flatter himself to him with a diploma. The eleventh: failure of the Jury will be unquestionable. The Twelfth: After the failure of the jury a exhibition with the awarded and selected work will be able to be inaugurated. The thirteenth: delivery of the prizes will be programmed by the Independent Organism of Culture in 2004 and it will take place in act witnessed by notary public. The fourteenth: Independent Organism of Culture of the Excmo.
