Remarks:
· The saloon will be assisted by an international jury, formed by
10 personalities from all over the world (since now the invitation
was accepted by Clive Collins, Klaus Pitter, Ana von Rebeur,
Dechko Nikolov, Cristian Topan)
· Each cartoon will have a value, which will be recorded, into a
classification. The final classification will be made public at
the exhibit opening
· On the organization website will be added a list with all
competitors and their works classification
· The Top 100 cartoons will appear on the website
· The works records and classification will be made with a
software 100% SOFT, GEC Bucovina property
· The exhibit will be itinerating in Romania and other European
countries. In the spring of this year the 2002 edition of this
exhibition is itinerate in Vilnius (04.2003), Helsinki
(04-05.2003), Madrid (05.2003), Lisbon (05-06.2003), Brussels (Green
Week and European Parliament 06.2003)
