Leng Mu-China International Cartoon Competition is inviting every cartoonists in the world to join by means of posting his works.Among the entries,a jury will select 120 cartoons and put them into an album.An album will be sent to the cartoonists whose piece of work are exhibited in Nanjing and published in the album.Winners will be awarded with certificate and medal,and more,20 cartoonists will be invited to set up personal web in my network,by this way,he will be famous in China. The outstanding 5 cartoonists will become judges of the next competition.Now,come and take a challenge to this Chinese cartoon competition.
