FIRST INTERNATIONAL CARTOON CONTEST „CASTLE’ Rules and Regulations: Subject: CASTLE Time Table: - The competition announcement and publication – January 2004 - Deadline for receiving works – 31 May 2004 - Jury – June 2004 - Results and competition EXHIBITION – September 2004 Prizes: - GRAND PRIZE – 3.500 PLN (Zloty) and “Castellan Sabre” - 1-st PLACE – 2.500 PLN - 2-nd PLACE – 2.000 PLN - 3-rd PLACE – 1.5000 PLN The Organizers have the right to the final distribution of statutory prizes, change in their amount, or non-awarding of them or non-awarding of the Grand Prize. The Organizer’s decisions are final. Jury: Works for the competition will be selected by the professional artists and organizers jury. Competition of Participation: Participants may be professional or amateur artists. The objects of the competition are drawings, graphics and other works of fine arts using optional techniques. The format of the works: min. A5 – max. A3 A maximum of three original works should be sent or delivered by May 31-st, 2004 in a protective cover to the following address: KOKiS “ZAMEK” Ul. Klasztorna 14 67-120 KOZUCHOW Poland Organizers are not responsible for damages during transportation! The Authors of works who quality for the exhibition are given a presentation copy of the exhibition catalogue and a place free-of-charge in the catalogue. The organizers will provide the competition prize winners with free participation in the exhibitions event. Awards are subject to taxation according to current regulations. The conditions for paying the authors is their arrival at the opening of the exhibition, or indicating a bank account where the money should be transferred to. The works will become the property of the organizers and will be included in the collection of the “Crooked Mirror” gallery. Works should be accompanied by authors short biographical note and return address (plus e-mail). The organizers reserve the right to use the sent works fot the competition advertising purposes without any special fees paid to the authors; to be exhibited and reproduced in a variety of advertising leaflets, as well as prointed and circulated in catalogues. The exhibition organizers are the final judges in interpretation of the regulations. By sending his/her works the artists agrees to the above mentioned rules and regulations an agrees to the publishing of the author’s profile in the post exhibitions catalogues! | ||
