The International Festival of Cartoon
"DICTATORS OF THE LAUGH" OCTOBER / 2003
|
One of the greatest festivals of cartoon from eastern EUROPE
1.The contest is open to all cartoonists
2.The festival will have 2 section:
A - SECTION "CARTOON" with theme "Sex's dictature"
B - SECTION "CARTOON-PORTRAIT", that will immortalize images of international celebrities. This section will be awarded with the Big Prize "Stefan Banica"
3.Entries: Unlimited. The works must be original and accompanied by the author's entry - form and biography. Each paper will be personalizated with printed labels (name, correct address, country, e-mail)
4.Size: A3 - A4
5.Deadline: SEPTEMBER/ 07 / 2003
6.PRIZES: I- 500 USD, II- 300 USD, III- 200 USD, THE BIG PRIZE "St.Banica"- 300 USD, Manny special prizes
7.Exhibition: OCTOBER 2003
8.The works should be sent to: CULTURE DEPARTMENT - CALARASI COUNTY, 13 December Street, No. 9; CALARASI - ROMANIA

"DICTATORII RASULUI" OCTOMBRIE 2003

Unul dintre cele mai mari festivaluri de caricatura din estul EUROPEI
1.Concursul este deschis tuturor caricaturi[tilor
2.Festivalul se desfasoara pe 2 sectiuni:
A - SECTIUNEA "CARICATURA" cu tema: "Dictatura sexului"
B - SECTIUNEA "CARICATURA-PORTRET", in care vor fi imortalizate imaginile figurilor celebre pe plan mondial, sectiune doatata cu Trofeul "Stefan Banica"
3.Numarul de lucrari care pot fi trimise este nelimitat. Lucrarile trebuie sa fie originale si insotite de formularul de participare si de autobiografie. Fiecare lucrare va fi personalizata cu etichete tiparite (numele, adresa corecta, tara, e-mail)
4.Dimensiuni: A3 - A4
5.Data limita de receptie a lucrarilor: 7 SEPTEMBRIE 2003
6.PREMII: I- 500 USD, II- 300 USD, III- 200 USD, TROFEUL "St. Banica"- 300 USD, Premii speciale - oferite de parteneri si sponsori
7.Vernisajul expozitiei: OCTOMBRIE 2003

10.Lucrarile nu vor fi returnate si vor fi incluse in colectia Muzeului Totalitarismului Calarasi. Se admit si copii de calitate ireprosabila.
