I Baku International Cartoon Contest
The contest is being arranged by support of well-known Azerbaijan paper “Olympic World”.
Notes:
The theme – Sport. 
The Contest is open to persons over 18. 
Every attendant can present as many cartoons as he wants (no less than 3). 
Presenters can use black – white and colored paints. 
The originality of the cartoons is essential. 
The cartoons will be marked by professional scientists and members of jury. 
The first three winning arts will be certificated by: 
I-st place: a diploma Compact Disc (CD)
II-st place: a diploma Compact Disc (CD)
III-st place: a diploma Compact Disc (CD)
Besides , 50 other art-presenters will be awarded. The best works will be copied down to CDs and spread to attendants.

The size of cartoons must be A4 (21x29,7 ).Plus the cartoons must be send by Internet due to JPEQ (*.jpq) web-channel 
The Deadline of applicants: December the 10th,2003. 
The Contest will be over by 30th of December and the highlights you will recieve at www.noc-aze.org web site. At this site you will see an exhibition of best cartoons.
