Dear Cartoon Artist,
Anadolu University which is going to celebrate its 45th anniversary is one of the esteemed and well-known institutions in Turkey. It is also one of the ten mega universities of the world with its student number, formal and distance education systems as to the conclusions of an international research.
Our vision is a peaceful world, a world of cooperation. Our aim is to provide appropriate conditions for discussions and researchs on EDUCATION through various methods.
Anadolu University as being the initiator of many innovations, now aims to open "Anadolu University the World Education Cartoons Museum". The museum is going to be a research center in which whole aspects of the subject of EDUCATION will be considered from the cartoonist point of view. Besides the other branches of art, Anadolu University considers the art of cartoon very important. Among the faculties of Fine Arts in Turkey, the first and the only Animation Department is here, at Anadolu University. Our University's Cartoon Club continues its activities for years. Again, Anadolu University is the first university which takes cartoon into its course schedule in Turkey.
Dear Cartoonist, we invite you to participate in the international cartoon exhibition on the subject of "e-e-e; e-education, e-europe, e-euro". The exhibition is the first step of the attempt of Anadolu University Education Cartoons Museum. Our aim is to establish this museum with the works of famous artists. I hope that you will support this attempt and wish to keep in constant communication.

CONDITIONS
1. The subject of the exhibition is e-e-e; e-education, e-europe, e-euro.
The works which are not eligible for this subject will be eliminated in accordance with the decision of the organization committee.
2. There are no technical and dimension limitations for the works, but passe-partout and framing should not be done.
3. There is no limitation for the number of the works which will be sent to the exhibition.
4. The works which are sent to the exhibition will be exhibited at Anadolu University first and afterwards in other cities and countries.
5. The works will be collected for the World Education Cartoons Museum's archives at Anadolu University. If the cartoonists want to take their works, they will be sent back but one copy of the works will be reserved for the archives.
6. Even if the cartoonists give the original or copy of their works to Anadolu University the World Education Museum, they will be the owner of all the publication rights except the books, catalogs, brochures, posters which will be printed by the Museum and the university publications.
7. The works will be collected in an album and sent to the participants.
8. The participants should fill the application form and send it together with their works to us no later than 30/11/2003.
